Terms of Service

cobble (cobblehq.com) provides AI experts that do the work of a role. The first, E-commerce Seller, grows a brand’s sales on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta and Shopify, and our team can also run that work for you as an agency service. cobble is operated by Moid (모이드), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (registration no. 373-38-01313). By creating an account or using cobble you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account and for the accounts your company connects. When you connect a service, you allow cobble to read from it and act in it within the permissions you grant, for your company only. Your use of each connected platform stays subject to that platform’s own terms.

Work done through cobble goes out under your brand, so you are responsible for it. Use cobble only for lawful marketing that follows the rules that apply to you, including disclosure rules for sponsored content (such as #ad) and anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM. Do not use cobble for fake or incentivized reviews, purchases made to move rankings, or deceptive or abusive content.

Fees are the ones shown when you subscribe, or the ones set in a separate agreement with us. If our team runs work for you, that agreement governs the work, and where it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Your company’s data, and the work the experts produce for it, belong to your company. We own cobble itself: the software, the experts and their playbooks. We use your data only to provide cobble to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We keep your company’s non-public information confidential and never share it with another client. You keep anything non-public you learn about cobble confidential too.

Experts draft, decide and act with AI, and AI can be wrong. Review important work before you rely on it.

cobble is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales, rankings or campaign results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using cobble at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the Seoul Central District Court.
