Who we are
cobble (cobblehq.com) builds AI experts that work like senior hires. The first, E-commerce Seller, grows brands’ sales, and our team also runs that work for brands as an agency. cobble is operated by Moid (모이드), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (registration no. 373-38-01313), 24-159, 6 Dogok-ro 84-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Questions about this policy go to mikeykang@cobblehq.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, your email address, and the company workspace you belong to.
- What you give cobble: the messages, files and instructions you share with an expert, and the work it produces for you.
- Connected accounts: when your company connects TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta, Shopify, Gmail or another service, we receive the data that connection allows, such as orders, products, ad results and email threads, and use it only for your company’s work.
- Requests and applications: what you send through our contact form or creator application, such as your name, email, company, social handles and country.
- Usage data: basic logs (pages, actions, IP address, browser) needed to run and secure the service, and cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language.
Public data about creators and products
To find creators and read markets for our clients, we collect publicly available information: public social profiles and posts with their view counts, and public product listings, prices, rankings and reviews. It comes from the platforms and from data providers. If you are a creator and want your profile removed from our database, email mikeykang@cobblehq.com.
How we use it
We use data to provide cobble to the company you work with, to run the campaigns our clients ask for, to answer your requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. One client’s data is never shared with another client. Emails cobble sends to creators or partners for a client may include a link or pixel that tells us whether they were opened or clicked.
Legal bases
Where the law asks for one (for example in the EEA and the UK), we process personal data to perform our contract with your company, for our legitimate interests in running and securing cobble and in finding creators for our clients from public data, and with your consent where we ask for it, such as a creator application. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google or connect a Gmail account, we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and for Gmail the email threads your company’s work needs, such as replies from creators. We use this data only to sign you in and to provide those features. cobble’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and other AI model providers (AI processing), Google (sign-in and Gmail), Channel Talk (in-app support chat) and Slack (notifications to our team about requests you send us). Each receives only the data it needs to do its job. Our database and hosting run in the United States, so personal data is transferred to and stored there.
Security
We protect data with per-company access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and access limited to the people who need it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your language and to run the in-app support chat. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you block cookies in your browser, features that need sign-in will not work.
Retention
We keep your data while your company uses cobble, and delete it when that ends or when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK, California and Korea, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Creators can ask us to remove their public profile data. Email mikeykang@cobblehq.com and we will respond promptly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
cobble is a business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
